FlowzyCraft Refund Policy
- Refund Eligibility
Refunds are generally not available once work has commenced on a project. However, in certain exceptional cases, we may consider partial or full refunds at our sole discretion.
- Reasons for Potential Refunds
Material Breach of Contract: If FlowzyCraft fails to deliver the agreed-upon services in accordance with the Terms of Service (TOS), you may be eligible for a partial or full refund.
Force Majeure: In cases of unforeseen circumstances beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, acts of God), we may agree to a partial refund or project extension.
- Refund Process
Request: To request a refund, you must submit a written request to FlowzyCraft within 30 days of the event triggering the potential refund.
Evaluation: FlowzyCraft will review your request and supporting documentation to determine eligibility.
Decision: We will notify you of our decision regarding the refund within 14 business days.
Issuance: If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 30 days.
- Non-Refundable Items
Custom Design Elements: Unique elements created specifically for your project, such as logos, illustrations, or custom code, are generally non-refundable.
Content Creation: Content created by FlowzyCraft or provided by you is non-refundable.
Hosting & Support Fees: Hosting fees and support services are generally non-refundable, unless otherwise agreed upon in the SOW.
- Cancellation Policy
Project Cancellation: If you cancel a project before work has commenced, we may retain a portion of the upfront payment as a cancellation fee.
Ongoing Projects: If you cancel an ongoing project, we may retain a portion of the remaining project fees, depending on the stage of completion.
- Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from this Refund Policy will be resolved through negotiation or, if necessary, by binding arbitration in accordance with the laws of the Caribbean Arbitration Centers.
